Yes. ARBEK releases limited drops and seasonal capsules to preserve rarity. Members of the Private List receive early access before pieces reach the public store.

Yes. Wigs and weaves are organised by length, texture, lace type, density and colour so you can find your match quickly. A consultation is available if you would like guidance.

ARBEK ships worldwide with full tracking. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $250. Duties and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where available.

Unworn clothing with tags may be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, hair, perfumes, lip balms and beauty products are final sale once opened. Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced.

Yes. Private appointments, invitation-only collections and VIP client access are available. Request an appointment through client services and the house will arrange a time.
